South West Region Meet 2026

The South West Region is delighted to invite you to the 2026 South West Region Meet at Beehive Field, Bradford on Avon, from Thursday 18 to Monday 22 June 2026.

Set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, this friendly weekend is packed with fun — whether you’re a regular or joining us for the first time.

✨ Highlights include:
• Friday night music & dancing with Plump Hill Band a lively Ceilidh Band
• Saturday Boules and Tumbling Towers competitions
• Horse Racing spectacle followed by a delicious Spitting Pig feast
• Saturday evening entertainment with Ant & Dave
• Sunday SWR AGM — your chance to hear updates and share ideas

💰 Site fees:
• £50 for the weekend (two adults plus children) if booked by 9 May, £60 thereafter
• Extra nights (Thursday & Sunday): £12 per unit, per night
